This role is integral to ensure that all client and vendor contracts align with the company’s strategic goals and legal requirements, thereby supporting smooth business operations and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Development and Negotiation:
- Oversee and participate in the creation, negotiation, and execution of client and vendor contracts to ensure they meet company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, operations, and finance. Aligns contract terms with company strategies and risk management policies.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Sales Support
- Provide solution assistance for identified customers that will help close the sale
- Assist with RFP reviews and responses
- Contact Administration
- Ensure contracts meet company standards prior to execution by CEO
- Maintain and make available contracts in accordance with company procedures
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the contract team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and manage contract management tools, systems, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate dispute resolution related to contracts, working closely with legal counsel and organizational leadership to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, including clients, partners, and vendors to ensure favorable contract terms and ongoing business collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field is required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3–5 years minimum experience with:
- Contract drafting and negotiation revenue cycle management contracts including service level agreements
- Technology-enabled healthcare services, especially platforms that automate or optimize billing, coding, and claims processing.
- Must have Revenue Cycle Management industry experience.
- Managing contract teams
- Overseeing cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and operations
- Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and payer-provider dynamics
- Ability to mitigate legal and operational risks through contract design
- Supporting RFP responses
- Negotiating favorable terms with clients and vendors
