The Client Services Sales Manager position will be focused on selling Engineering Design Services. This role will require business development skills and the ability to sell engineering services. As part of this role, you will be expected to develop long-term relationships with new clients. Your business development and sales targets will include a wide range and sizes of businesses.  The core services you will be prospecting and selling include Mechanical, Electrical, Design, Embedded, Engineering Analysis, Technical Publications, and other offerings as required.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop listings, contacts, and cold calling, along with Marketing to penetrate key market segments.
  • Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and alignment of our services.
  • Develop solutions through a consulting sales process with our internal teams and clients.
  • Formulate and develop value propositions that ensure award-winning proposals.
  • Negotiate, and close business that supports the organization's sales goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, peers, and management.
  • Support trade shows and marketing activities that grow the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze marketing and technology trends affecting our verticals.
  • Maintain the pipeline by use of our CRM tool.
Key Skill Requirements:
  • 3 plus years experience in business development and sales roles supporting engineering design services.
  • Solution selling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Solid understanding of engineering disciplines across a wide range of business
  • Ability to read and interpret client requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record in the development and closure of sales contracts
  • Superb persuasion and communication skills
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills
  • Working with offshore delivery teams experience is preferred.

Travel Requirements:
  • Remote position with the ability to travel 60% or more of the time.  Geographical Preferences – Anywhere in the USA near a major airport
 Salary
             $70,000 - $100,000 annually
